This page explains what our marketing website and the Autellicare apps store on your device and what data they collect.
Marketing website (autellicare.com)
- No advertising cookies and no tracking pixels. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
- Fonts and scripts are hosted by us, so visiting the site does not send your data to font or script providers.
- Your choice is remembered in your browser's local storage under the name
ac-consent(value yes or no). It never leaves your device. - Analytics are optional. If we enable website analytics, you will be asked first. Nothing loads and nothing is sent until you press Accept. If you press Decline, no analytics run.
- Plans are loaded from our own servers when you view the page.
- Server logs record technical details such as IP address, time and requested page, for security and reliability.
Autellicare apps (after sign-in)
- Essential cookies keep you signed in, protect against forged requests and remember your session. The app cannot work without them, so they do not need consent.
- Preferences such as the interface settings may be stored in your browser.
- Business customers who embed our web chat widget on their own site are responsible for the notices and consent that their own site requires.
What we collect when you sign up or contact us
Contact and company details you type into our forms, such as name, work email, phone number, company, country and workspace address, plus the messages you send to support. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
Changing your choice
Clear this site's data in your browser settings to remove your saved choice, and you will be asked again if analytics are enabled. You can also block cookies in your browser; essential app features may then stop working.
