Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated 1 November 2026
This policy applies to everyone who uses Autellicare. It protects customers, recipients of messages and the Service.
Do
- Message people only where you have the consent or other lawful basis the law and the channel's rules require, and honour opt-out requests promptly.
- Be clear who is writing. Do not pretend an AI reply is a person where the law or the channel requires disclosure.
- Follow the rules of every channel and provider you connect, including business verification and message template rules.
- Keep your account secure and your knowledge content accurate.
Do not
- Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, scams, phishing or deceptive content.
- Send or store content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, or that exploits or endangers children.
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy or other rights.
- Use the Service to collect sensitive information you have no right to collect.
- Attempt to access another workspace's data, bypass limits, probe or disrupt the Service, or introduce malware. Report vulnerabilities to us instead.
- Resell or white-label the Service without our written agreement.
- Use AI features to give regulated advice without appropriate human review, or to make fully automated decisions that significantly affect people without safeguards the law requires.
Enforcement
We may investigate, remove content, limit features, suspend or end access where this policy is broken or where there is a risk to people or the Service. Where we can, we will warn you first. We may report unlawful activity to the authorities.
